KAASA Guest Manager grew out of years of hands-on property management rather than a theoretical software brief.

Our experience has included managing a portfolio of around 300 properties in Mallorca, later focusing on roughly 30–40 higher-end properties there, and then managing a similar portfolio of premium homes in Salcombe, Devon.

That experience shaped the product: keep it clear, keep it live, and give each person the information they actually need.
